Follow the steps below to contact your own Senator and House Representative.
This takes less than 15 minutes and makes a direct impact.
⚠ Before You Begin — What You Will Need
- A computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access
- Your email account open and ready (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or any email)
- Your name and email address — enter these in Step 1 to receive your documents and register your support with Congress
- Your full street address — to look up your specific congressional representative in Step 2
You will need the six official SENTINEL documents to attach to your email to Congress. Enter your name and email address below — we will send all six files to your inbox immediately at no cost, and register you as a VFCAA supporter with your elected representatives.

🔍 Look Up Your Representative by Full Street Address and ZIP Code:
- Click the blue “CONTACT PAGE” button that appears next to your representative’s name above.
- This will take you to their official website.
- Look for a button or link on their website that says one of these:
- Click that button. It will open a contact form or show you their email address.
If the website gives you an email address, send them an email from your own email account:
- Open your email — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or whatever you normally use.
- Click the button that says COMPOSE, NEW, or NEW MESSAGE.
- A blank email window will open.
Fill in each part of the email as follows:

I am a veteran and a constituent in your district. I am writing to ask for your support of the Veterans and Families Care Accountability Act — the VFCAA.
This bill creates a real, enforceable accountability system for the VA — powered by American AI technology — that protects veterans’ claims and appeals from being wrongly denied. Thousands of veterans across this country are having their earned benefits denied due to VA failures. The VFCAA gives us a legal mechanism to fight back.
I have attached the full bill and supporting documents for your review. I respectfully ask that you read them and stand with America’s veterans by supporting the VFCAA.
