Fellow Veteran,

No matter what state you live in, your voice matters. The Veterans and Families Care Accountability Act (VFCAA) is a federal bill — and every member of Congress, in every state and territory, has the power to support it.

Follow the steps below to contact your own Senator and House Representative. This takes less than 15 minutes and makes a direct impact.

⚠ Before You Begin — What You Will Need

  1. A computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access
  2. Your email account open and ready (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or any email)
  3. Your name and email address — enter these in Step 1 to receive your documents and register your support with Congress
  4. Your full street address — to look up your specific congressional representative in Step 2

STEP 1
GET YOUR FREE DOCUMENT PACKAGE

You will need the six official SENTINEL documents to attach to your email to Congress. Enter your name and email address below — we will send all six files to your inbox immediately at no cost, and register you as a VFCAA supporter with your elected representatives.

📄 You Will Receive These 6 Official Documents:

  • VFCAA Complete Bill
  • April 6 Briefing Packet
  • VA IT Infrastructure Oracle Analysis FY2026
  • Veterans SENTINEL Research Outreach Protocol
  • SENTINEL Enterprise Packet — AWS (Example Company)
  • Copyright Confirmation (ECO 1-15132801581)

🔒 Your information is used to send your documents and to show your elected representatives how many of their constituents support the VFCAA. We do not sell or share your data. — Valiant Heroes Organization, Laveen, AZ.

✓ Documents Sent!

All 6 files are on their way to your inbox right now.
Check your email — if you do not see it within 5 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.

TIP
After you receive the email, save or download the 6 attached files to your device. You will need them in Step 6 when you attach them to your email to Congress.
STEP 2
FIND YOUR CONGRESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE

Enter your full street address below (house number, street, city, and ZIP) to identify your congressional district and find your exact representative.

🔍 Look Up Your Representative by Full Street Address and ZIP Code:

TIP
Write down your representative’s name after it appears above. You will need it in Step 5 when you fill out the email. Most veterans will have two contacts: one Senator and one House Representative.
STEP 3
GO TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE’S WEBSITE
  1. Click the blue “CONTACT PAGE” button that appears next to your representative’s name above.
  2. This will take you to their official website.
  3. Look for a button or link on their website that says one of these:
“Contact”  —  “Contact Me”  —  “Email Me”  —  “Send a Message”
  1. Click that button. It will open a contact form or show you their email address.
TIP
Most representatives have a contact form on their website. Some also list a direct email address. Either one works perfectly fine.
STEP 4
OPEN YOUR EMAIL

If the website gives you an email address, send them an email from your own email account:

  1. Open your email — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or whatever you normally use.
  2. Click the button that says COMPOSE, NEW, or NEW MESSAGE.
  3. A blank email window will open.
DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW — Continue to Step 5
STEP 5
FILL IN THE EMAIL

Fill in each part of the email as follows:

COPY THIS MESSAGE INTO THE BODY OF YOUR EMAIL:

TIP
Replace [Representative’s Name] with the name you wrote down in Step 2. Replace [Your Name], [Your City, State], and [Your Branch] with your own information. Send a separate email to each representative — do not CC them on one email.
STEP 6
ATTACH THE DOCUMENTS

Before you send the email, attach the documents that were sent to you in Step 1. Here is how:

  1. Look for a paperclip icon in your email window — it is usually at the bottom of the compose window.
  2. Click the paperclip icon.
  3. A window will open showing the files on your device. Find the VFCAA documents and click each one to attach it.
  4. Attach all of the following documents:

Documents to Attach:

  • VFCAA Complete Bill
  • April 6 Briefing Packet
  • VA IT Infrastructure Oracle Analysis FY2026
  • Veterans SENTINEL Research Outreach Protocol
  • SENTINEL Enterprise Packet — AWS (Example Company)
  • Copyright Confirmation (ECO 1-15132801581)
TIP
If you cannot find the documents on your device, go back to Step 1 on this page and enter your email again. The documents will be re-sent to you immediately.
STEP 7
SEND THE EMAIL
  1. Read over your email one more time to make sure everything looks correct.
  2. Confirm all documents are attached — you should see the file names listed below the message.
  3. Click the SEND button.
  4. Repeat for your second representative if applicable.
  5. You are done. You have just stood up for every veteran in America.
