Valiant Heroes Organization exists to ensure that every veteran and military family receives the care and benefits they were promised — and that the VA is held legally accountable when it fails to deliver.
We do this through three integrated efforts: direct veteran advocacy for individuals navigating the claims and appeals system; the SENTINEL AI oversight system that monitors VA compliance with federal law; and the Veterans and Families Care Accountability Act (VFCAA) — a federal legislative framework that gives SENTINEL legal authority and creates enforceable accountability standards for the VA.
This is not charity work. It is not a program. It is a demand — backed by law — that the United States government honor its obligations to those who served.
What started in 2010 as SERVICEOFFICER.VET — a small effort to help individual veterans navigate the VA system — grew into something larger when the scale of the problem became impossible to ignore. Year after year, veterans with legitimate service-connected disabilities were being denied. Appeals were being lost in bureaucratic black holes. Families were being left without support they were legally owed.
The common thread in nearly every case was not a lack of evidence — it was a VA that was not following its own rules. Claims examiners were deviating from M21-1 procedures. Denials were being issued without proper nexus analysis. The duty to assist under 38 USC § 5103A was being ignored.
Valiant Heroes Organization was built to address that systemic failure — not case by case, but at the structural level, through legislation and technology that forces compliance.
Sean Robinson served in the United States Navy as a Storekeeper First Class, earning Surface Warfare, Submarine Warfare, and Aviation Warfare designations. After retiring from active duty, he spent over a decade in direct veteran advocacy — learning the VA system from the inside out, case by case, denial by denial.
That experience became the foundation of the VFCAA and the SENTINEL oversight system — a practical, technology-enabled accountability framework built by someone who has seen firsthand what happens when the system fails the people it was designed to serve.

An AI-powered oversight tool trained on 38 USC, 38 CFR, and the M21-1 adjudication manual. SENTINEL helps veterans understand their legal rights and flags VA non-compliance in real time.
The Veterans and Families Care Accountability Act creates a permanent federal framework for VA accountability — enforceable by law, not just by protest. Currently under review by Senator Mark Kelly's legislative team.
If you are a veteran who has been failed by the VA — or a family member, advocate, or legislator who believes the system must change — there is a role for you here.
The most direct action you can take right now is to contact your congressional representative and demand they support the VFCAA. We make it easy. We provide the documents, the instructions, and the contact information.
