Thousands of veterans are wrongly denied benefits every year — often because the VA failed to follow its own rules under 38 USC and 38 CFR. If that happened to you, you are not out of options.
Valiant Heroes Organization exists because the VA system has failed too many of the people it was built to serve. Veterans are denied benefits they earned. Families are left without support they were promised. Appeals disappear into bureaucratic dead ends. That is not acceptable — and it is not legal.
We are building the Veterans and Families Care Accountability and Major Richard Star Act (VFCAMRSA) — a federal legislative framework that creates real, enforceable accountability for the VA through the SENTINEL oversight system. Not another program. Not another hotline. A system that enforces the law.
Until that law is passed, we are here to help individual veterans navigate the system, understand their rights, and fight back against wrongful denials — one case at a time.
